6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without having to provide a reason. The posters in the collection are not personalised: the right of withdrawal applies in full.

To exercise this right, send an unambiguous statement to contact@american-parks.com (you may use the form below). You do not need to return the poster and no return fee applies. We refund you within 14 days of your statement, using the original payment method. The refund includes the original standard delivery cost; any surcharge for a more expensive delivery option you selected is excluded.

7. Legal Warranties

You benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for two years from delivery, and from the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). These warranties are exercised with the seller at the address above and are independent of the right of withdrawal.
